Dust Collection System:
We design, manufacture, install and commission dust collection system
considering the various requirements of the process. Our dust
collection system includes bag filters and cyclones. We design various
kinds of dust collectors such as Pulse Jet Reverse Air Bag Filters, Manual Shaking Bag Filters, Automatic Case Shaking Bag Filters.
The filters are designed for each application considering the nature of
dust, loading etc. We can design fabricate and supply bag filters for
hundreds of bags.
We have computer simulated designs for high efficiency cyclones for
removal of dust from the stream of air. We also provide Vortex Breaker
vessels in some of our cyclones to increase their efficiency multifold.
We also provide very high efficiency multiclone systems having Cast
Iron cyclone tubes, all encased in the MS chamber for removal of dust
particles from comparatively hot gas streams.
